The Covid Tenders observatory was born in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, from the need to monitor how public resources were spent during the Covid-19 emergency. This is a fundamental activity for evaluating political and administrative decisions, especially in an emergency phase like 2020-2022, during which money was managed through extraordinary procedures.

In addition to monitoring the documents during the emergency, we developed the Bandi Covid web platform to collect all public tenders related to the emergency, where information is constantly updated and freely released in open data format. The platform is created together with the Gran Sasso Science Institute.
